The RSL & Services Clubs Association recognizes the rights of people to keep their personal information private but will, from time to time, collect information about member clubs and their key personnel to enable the accurate provision of services offered by the Association.

Where practicable, the purpose for which RSL & SCA collects personal information will be made clear at the time of collection.

Generally, the Association will only use and disclose personal information as follows:

• In connection with your membership of an Association club;
• To provide products, services or information you or your club have requested from the Association;
• To assist us to make the Association’s services and products more valuable to our members;
• For research and direct marketing of products or services and to keep you informed of new developments the Association believes may be of interest to you;
• To third parties where the Association has retained those third parties to assist the organization in its operations, such as marketing consultants and promotion companies, catering and event coordinators, IT consultants and professional advisers;
• To different parts of the Association to enable development and marketing of other products and services to improve our customer service in general.
